Filipina Sabay founded Top Priority HomeCare in 2005 Before that time, Mrs. Sabay obtained a bachelor of science in medical technology and worked as a medical technologist in various hospitals, private laboratories and private clinics in Chicago and the suburbs. She started this non-medical homecare company because she was attracted to helping seniors maintain their lives in the comfort of their own homes.
