Swing...Sweat...Soak Up the Fun!

Time to be outside soaking up the sun and having fun.  I can't imagine anything better than combining sun, fun and a beach workout!

Come learn how to properly swing Kettlebells and spice up your daily workout routine.  This two hour bootcamp is for all levels, appropriate progressions will be taught so that you will have a fun kettlebell experience.

We will meet just in front of Chicago Paddle Company and the volleyball courts.  My good friends at Chicago Paddle Co. will be offering all bootcamp participants five dollars off a one hour SUP rental.
