Watch Disabled Man Finish Chicago Marathon After 16 Hours

Feeling down about yourself today? Like life has dealt you a bad hand and you just can't get ahead?

Maickel Melamed was born with his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck, which has left him with a permanent physical disability. Malemed finished this weekend's Chicago Marathon in 16 hours and 46 minutes.

The 36-year-old Venezuelan man was the last runner to cross the finish line of the Chicago Marathon. Maickel Melamed made it across the finish line of the 26.2-mile race at 1:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14. He also speaks three languages and has a degree in economics.
