Music Retailer Buys 25,000 Square Foot Facility in Bowmanville

An international wine distributor previously owned the property at 1811 W. Bryn Mawr.

A large industrial facility in Bowmanville now belongs to Music Direct, an online instrument retailer.

The company purchased the 25,000 square-foot facility at 1811 W. Bryn Mawr for $1.2 million, according to the National Real Estate Investor.

Purchasing the facility will allow the company to expand from the West Loop, said Mark Nelson, who represents Music Direct.

“The acquisition represents a strong expansion for Music Direct, which needed a rare temperature controlled building to support their specialized music operation,” Nelson said in a statement.

Vin Divino, a wine importer and distributor, previously owned the property, NREI reports.
