Investors Sell Building With Apartments, Commercial Space

The 4,200 square-foot building on Western Avenue sold for about $450,000.

New changes may be coming to a building on Western Avenue, as real estate agents recently sold the property to a new owner.

The three-story building is located at 4610 N. Western Ave., just south of Eastwood and the Western Brown Line Station.

Its 4,281 square feet consist of one commercial unit, two apartments and a two-car detached garage, according to the Cook County Assessor’s Office.

Marcus & Millichap, a real estate company, sold the property from an individual trust for $450,000, Real Estate Journals reported. That’s just under its 2012 estimated market value of $452,030, according to the assessor’s office.
