More Bike Lanes Coming to North Side

Bike lanes are slated for installation on North Side in spring and summer, with more in the works for year-end.

Twenty more miles of protected bike lanes are expected to be installed this spring and summer. The remaining 30 are still in the design phase and planned for installation later this year and early 2015, the Chicago Department of Transportation said in a news advisory.
