Kids playground is not a dog park

Just because there are no kids in the fenced in winnamac playground does not make it OK to let your dogs run free. And to the man and women who were there on with there 2 dogs on the snowy date (jan 4-5) and live on Levitt. 1st your lucky your growling dog did not touch my kid and 2nd your lucky my kid was there because I would have killed your dog that bit my arm.
