Andersonville Midsommarfest

One of Chicago’s most legendary street festivals and Andersonville’s quintessential yearly celebration, Andersonville Midsommarfest, returns for its 49th year. Born out of Andersonville’s Swedish heritage, Midsommarfest will transport you back to the old-world Swedish traditions. Dance around the Maypole, sample flavorful international fare and experience it all without a passport! Children of all ages can join in on the family-friendly fun with entertainment ranging from face painting to a pet parade.

Hours:
 Friday: 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m.- 10 p.m.
