Ravenswood resident and Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel wasn't afraid to bust out a few moves at the Taste of Chicago.
A concertgoer captured Emanuel's solo gyrations on a cell phone camera when the mayor was swaying his hips to Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines," the hit single that currently sits atop the Billboard charts.
