Le Café is an awesome place to go visit!! From what i hear the owner Danielle is a pastry chef and makes everything in house...also she does custom 3d cakes! A cool segment would feature either their chef making their famous almond cream French toast with vanilla cream sauce or maybe a baking segment making cupcakes or a beautiful 3d Cake!!!??

DANK Haus is our favorite place in Lincoln Square! Sure we are tooting our own horn but there are so many uber cool things to do & see. The art gallery is exhibiting the Best in Show from Lincoln Square Art Walk through December 13, the Lost German Chicago exhibit is in the Museum, the German Masters of the Piano concert on Dec 7, the Stollen baking class this Friday and registration is open for spring Adult German classes.

I like Selmarie and The Book Cellar both have great coffee and good sandwich. Costello's has great sandwiches too with live music it is very kids friendly.
