One Pedestrian Dead After Accident in Lincoln Square
A vehicle struck two pedestrians on the 5000 block of North Western Avenue.
One pedestrian is dead and another critically injured after an accident Friday night in Lincoln Square.
At approximately 6 p.m. on the 5000 block of North Western Avenue, a vehicle struck the two pedestrians, the Chicago Tribune reported.
Both were taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston where 85-year-old Raymond Lending was pronounced dead. The Tribune said Lending resided in Evanston.
The other pedestrian remains in critical condition as of Saturday.
